We have a position available to join the Pernod Ricard Winemaking team - for our 2022 Vintage. Our gorgeous hand harvested grapes are coming in, and we are about to start machine harvest.
We are seeking positive, capable and self-motivated individual to join our winemaking team. You will work closely with our Senior Winemaker and the full winemaking team to ensure all our wines are produced to the exacting quality level we have come to know and expect.
We produce wines in hot demand here and overseas - come and make your mark!
Applicants for these roles will need to have a relevant tertiary qualification, and a keen interest in winemaking. You will need to have operated as a Winemaking Assistant before, or as a senior Wine Technician, and have experienced a number of vintages. Join us to grow your knowledge and be supported by experienced Winemakers from our team.
This is a fixed term full time role, you will be in place until the end of vintage 2022. Vintage generally runs from early-March to mid/late May. This will include shift work.

To be successful in this role you will need:
• Have a quality and safety focus
• Experience in wine making
• Have problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in English
• The ability to legally work within New Zealand
