Description:
We are looking for a Viticulture Planning Analyst to join our Viticulture Planning Team in beautiful Marlborough. Reporting to the Viticulture Planning Manager, this role is responsible for administering our viticulture work order system and managing the compliance and inventory requirements for our spray programme. You will also play a key role in planning and implementing the grape harvest for our corporate and grower vineyards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish electronic work orders for each new task and schedule as required.
- Trouble-shooting errors with electronic work orders and timecards.
- Providing training on our work order system to new starters.
- Creating spraysheets and ensuring we have the required products in stock.
- Monitoring compliance of our spray programme.
- Assisting with the creation and implementation of the harvest plan.
- Extended hours/days will be required during the 6-8 week harvest period.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset. You will need to have effective communication skills (both written and verbal) and have sound computer literacy. Previous experience with AgCode and/or Grapelink would be advantageous.
