VinLink Marlborough has several permanent, winery Cellar Hand roles available for candidates looking for a physical, but satisfying job in a fun and dynamic industry.

We are a large, 7 years young, fast-growing, contract winemaking facility in the heart of the Marlborough wine region. We’re located in the Riverlands Industrial Estate, only a 5-minute drive outside of Blenheim. Our winery has been specifically-designed and built for Marlborough’s signature grape, Sauvignon Blanc.

We are looking for motivated, team players to join our small but diverse team of local and international superstars. We are seeking individuals who can demonstrate excellent attention to detail and have a strong work ethic, as well as a positive attitude. Excellent written and verbal English skills, combined with a willingness and ability to follow detailed direction, is essential.

Winery Cellar Hand experience would be an advantage in these roles, but all levels of experience will be considered, as training can be provided for the right candidate(s). These roles encompass all aspects of winery production, from grape receival through to finished wine dispatch and could grow to include harvest supervisory responsibilities.
