The Opportunity

We are seeking a Winery Operations Manager to lead the dedicated team at our Marlborough winery.  This position reports to the Group Operations Manager and is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Winery team and achieving successful outcomes across the winery that lead to the production of high quality wines in line with the agreed style and production volumes.  

About You  

As an experienced Winery Operations Manager you will;

• Have strong collaborative people leadership skills
• Proven operations management success working in a structured environment on a medium to large scale site
• Have winery or beverage industry experience and tertiary qualifications in those fields
