Cellar Door Host with Vineyard Work

Come and join us Cambridge Road Vineyard. We are a small 2.2 hectare family owned and run organic winery in the heart of Martinborough wine village in the Wairarapa.

We are looking for an energetic outgoing people person with a smile of their face who loves wine to run our busy Cellar Door in sole charge. Role will commence end of September.

The role will include guest welcoming, providing professional and fun wine tastings for small to large groups, cash handling, point of sales operating, self-motivation, engaging personality, vineyard work (training provided).

We move swiftly, and things can change fast – you will be organized and have time management and work well under pressure. Strong initiative and being self-motivated is important.

Got what it takes?
Duties will include:

-      Conduct wine tastings and sell wine to small - large groups

-      Previous hospitality experience

-      Vineyard work (training provided)

-      Point of Sales system (VEND)

-      Own transportation

-      21+

-      Commonsense

-      People & communication skills

-      Eagerness to learn

-      Flexible & reliable

-      Excited about offering quality service

-      Interest in the wine industry

-      Ensure an up to date knowledge of all Cambridge Road products are maintained
