Pure Milford is the premier cruising experience in Piopiotahi / Milford Sound, and we are privileged to welcome visitors to the region to show them the beauty and wonder of our spectacular backyard.
Our operation is growing, and we are excited to welcome our second vessel back to operation for this oncoming summer season.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about food to complete our team as Food & Beverage Manager, and ensure we deliver an exceptional customer experience at our three onboard F&B outlets at Piopiotahi / Milford Sound.
About The Role:
-Food operations and menu planning
-Stock management
-Implementing and maintaining our food control plan
-Maintaining supplier relationships
-Overseeing daily food preparation
-Ensuring outstanding customer experience at all F&B outlets
About You:
-Keen interest in food preparation, planning and sales
-Strong background in hospitality
-Customer service and/or hosting skills
-Quick problem solving, and working well in a busy environment
-Culinary experience preferred but not essential

This position is based in Milford Sound with accommodation provided.
This is a permanent role that we are looking to start by mid-October.
Full time hours offered, with a minimum 30 hours per week.
Shift pattern of 10 days on (working in paradise) and 4 days off (exploring the beautiful area).
