Job Summary
Permanent Laboratory Technician role with flexible part time hours and the potential for full time hours for the right candidate. This role will provide quality control support to the winemaking process and contributing to our award-winning brands.

About the Role
We are looking for a laboratory technician to work at Selaks Winery in the Hawkes Bay. A large winery that makes all styles and varieties of wine. A unique opportunity for an experienced lab technician to join our passionate and fun team. Permanent Laboratory Technician role with flexible part time hours and the potential for full time hours for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
· Following all safety procedures, ensuring proper PPE, incident reporting, etc
· Conducting laboratory chemical and microbiological procedures
· Carrying out testing and trials
· Laboratory harvest operations
About You
· Experience in a winery laboratory preferred
· A certificate, diploma or degree in Science
· Ability to own problems and provide solutions based on technical experience
· Excellent literacy, numeracy and computer skills
