Boutinot Wines, the owner of Heaphy Vineyards and Winery have the objective of making the Heaphy brand one of the most-recognised New Zealand wines internationally, and a key player in global wine market.

With this big objective in mind, we will ensure we have the right people in place with the equipment to ensure world class quality in production, blending, bottling and sourcing supplemented by first class brand management in the markets we serve.

Only with a dynamic General Manager who can take ownership and lead the business through the change to make this growth happen, is the challenge for the appointee.

The General Manager will share the passion of the position and work closely with the Boutinot Directors, Executive staff members and the Head of Wine for the Boutinot Group.

This transition for Heaphy to become an internationally-recognised wine company, will commence with the appointment and take place over a planned three-year period and into the future.
