Crafting award winning cool climate wines since 1997, we produce Sauvignon Blanc, Albariño, Grüner Veltliner, Sauvignon Gris, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer, Chardonnay, Pinot Rosé, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Syrah from our premium vineyards.
We are now recruiting for day and night shift crew for our 2018 vintage, with ranging roles throughout the winery and also a laboratory technician. These roles typically commence mid-late March and run 5-8 weeks until mid-May, depending upon harvest conditions.
During the peak of harvest, staff will be expected to work a 12-hour shift 6 days per week, and shift work is required. A daily vintage meal will be provided by our fabulous chef.
Previous winery experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate, a hardworking, forward-thinker who works well as part of a team. A passion for quality wine, pride in your work and understanding the importance of cellar hygiene and organisation is essential, whilst working to tight timelines and pressures and maintaining safe work practices for yourself and your colleagues at all times. You will be part of a small and dedicated team in the winery so a positive attitude and a good sense of humour are essential.
