Neudorf Vineyards is a small premium New Zealand winery with a focus on excellence.

We are looking for a permanent full-time Vineyard Hand to join our team working in our organically run vineyards located in Upper Moutere.

Working predominantly amongst the vines, duties will include all aspects of general vineyard operations, including pruning in winter and tending the vines throughout the growing season right up to harvest time.

Some additional tractor work is available as we look to get you involved in a wide range of activities and offer help towards career progression. We can offer a fun and supportive work environment for the right candidate. You will be exposed to young vine training and establishment, all canopy management techniques, contract blocks, re-trunking work, compost making, machinery work and more.

Good communication skills are a must. Decent physical fitness and a genuine enjoyment working outdoors would be advantageous. An interest in wine and organic production would also be a bonus.
