Due to an internal promotion we are now looking for a Laboratory Technician to join our Winery and Laboratory team. You’ll be working to provide our winemaking team with accurate and timely analysis on grape juice and wine in accordance with SOP’s.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Analysis of grape juice and wine, in a timely and accurate manner, complying with current SOP’s.
• Analysis of waste water in accordance with the testing schedule.
• Make up analytical solutions as required.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment as indicated by the Maintenance Schedule.
• Assist with the training and supervision of fixed term staff at vintage as directed by the Laboratory Manager.

We’re looking for someone that has a natural analytical ability; laboratory experience is desirable but not essential. You’ll be computer literate with excellent communication skills.
