Bar Supervisor (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

What would you be expected to do:

  • ensuring our bar services are delivered in accordance with client and legal requirements
  • ensure continuous quality improvement in all areas of service delivery exceeding client expectations 
  • supervise the day-to-day operations of the site
  • develop and train your team and create a positive team environment
  • you will be in charge of operating bar stock and management systems 
  • duty manager for all bars

If you're our ideal candidate, you will:

  • will have at least 2 years' experience working in a similar supervisory role
  • be articulate and highly organised, and able to juggle multiple demands
  • hold a current Duty Managers Certificate
  • hold a qualification in hospitality and have administrative experience
  • possess an excellent leadership ability
  • hold a full driver's license
