Wine Packaging Team Leader (Wine Jobs: Vineyards & Cellars )

We are looking for a natural leader to apply for the position of Wine Packaging Team Leader.  This will be based on the PM Shift - Monday to Friday  2.00pm - 10.30pm

· Are you able to lead and develop a team so that they are motivated, fully engaged and want to excel? 

· Are you great at supervising – so that the bottling operations team are working efficiently and that the highest quality, and safety standards are maintained?

· Are you able to focus on what needs to be done today, but also what the team need to build on for the future. 

· A key focus for you it that the line is resourced so that the process runs smoothly, and runs are packaged correctly, on time and right first time.

· Are you good at maintaining a proactive and positive relationship with all customers.

· Do you want to seek to improve the plant efficiency and drive any improvements and ideas. This including championing Lean initiatives.

· Are you flexible and willing to perform a variety of tasks, including additional tasks to assist the team and the customer.

Experience working in a FMCG manufacturing environment would be an advantage, but what also matters to us is your positive attitude, enthusiasm, and desire to create the best Operations Team in WineWorks!
