Based in Cromwell, Wine Solutions provides essential services, including bottling, wine consulting, storage and distribution, for over 76 wine companies.
Join a well-established boutique business serving the premium wine companies of Central Otago.
The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining high quality throughout the bottling, packaging and warehousing processes and be able to lead a small team that are inspired to achieve challenging targets to meet consumer demand. This role requires a skill set for management, planning and attention to detail, you will be mechanically minded and enjoy problem solving. In this position you will be expected to take initiative and action where required to mitigate risk to product quality, employee safety or schedule.
Applicants will possess:
• Experience working in a structured fast-moving consumer goods environment, or similar operation
• Mechanical/Engineering background
• Great communication skills
• Forklift Licence (advantageous, not essential)
• Class 2/4/5 Vehicle Licence (advantageous, not essential)
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Basic computer skills, with the ability to report
