The position is fulltime, working in a team. The successful applicant must have at least 5 yrs experience. have specific experience with the following varieties, in actual cool climate areas, Pinot Noir , Chardonnay, Riesling, Gamay and Chenin Blanc. You will have a clear understanding and practice with skin contact, indigenous yeast cultures and low sulphur winemaking. You will also have had experience making wine based spirits. We are looking for a person capable of all of the above, used to working in a small team, supervising people, practical and happy to work and live in an isolated area, pay scale will be reflective that this is a small family winery.
