Cheddar is a vibrant new restaurant and bar located in Petone, Wellington.

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager with an LCQ qualification and excellent cocktail bartending skills. As the Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operations of the restaurant and bar across all three levels, including the awesome rooftop bar, ensuring an overall delightful experience for all our customers. 

Your key responsibilities will include managing the bar team, handling customer inquiries and concerns, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with liquor regulations. 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can start immediately and contribute to the fantastic atmosphere we provide.
