Experienced Wait Staff and Food Runners (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

With an emphasis on fun, innovative dining, Botswana Butchery’s diverse menu is all about flavours and has a strong focus on fine-cut meats and locally sourced foods. 
 
We are seeking professional and enthusiastic hospitality people to join our high-performing team to help us deliver an exceptional guest experience every time.

Who we are looking for:

**must have valid visa and currently be residing in NZ**
 
Experienced Wait Staff:

  • Superior food and wine knowledge with an edge when it comes to serving guests
  • Impeccable dress standards and attention to detail
  • High skilled in time management & suggestive selling
  • Minimum of 1 year hospitality experience in high end venues
  • Good time keeping skills, and a drive to want to learn
  • Proven record of being able to handle a section and keep calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills is a must

Food Runner:

  • Willingness to work during peak hours, including weekends, evenings and public holidays
  • Experience in a busy restaurant is preferred and your pay rate will mirror this
  • Customer focused and motivated
  • Able to stand/walk for long periods of time
  • A drive to want to learn
  • Excellent communication skills is a must
