Bartender (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

THE ROLE:

While a significant part of this role will be bartending/FOH, a hugely important part is working with me on some growth strategies that are super exciting.  You will also be developing unique and seasonal Cocktails to keep our offering exciting.  Within the FOH role you will also be mentoring the Junior FOH Team. You will also be working closely with the BOH manager who is very easy to deal with.  These are permanent and fulltime roles with at least 35 hrs a week..

We open 7 days a week, 3-9pm Monday to Sunday..  

We’ll always do our best to consider time off for all the important stuff (because, let’s be honest, work is not everything).

Somebody who can work evenings and weekends (Please know that we will try to work around your schedule).  There will be rotating rosters but the ability to work weekends is a must.

Phenomenal bartending and mixology skills.  1-2 years experience working as a bartender required.
