The focus of this role is on Accounts & Export Operations. This involves working closely with support office & warehouse colleagues, as well as winery customers to ensure smooth shipment and end delivery of hundreds cases weekly to key destination's. As specialists in our field we aren’t looking for direct experience in wine export & logistics as we will provide close training in our bespoke tech driven systems. However you must have experience and demonstrate competency working in fast-moving business. You will have a naturally outgoing personality with confident communication skills.

The role is primarily work from home. We prefer applicants living in Tauranga /BOP but will also consider applications from anywhere in NZ. During the initial 1-2 months training period hours be lower (approx.15-20 hours), between Monday and Friday. We will adapt this week-to-week to meet different parts of the business that occur at various times of the week. After training, regular days & hours will settle to 20-30 across Monday-Friday, though flexibility is required to cover holidays/sick leave within the team.
Key skills & understanding:
- Intermediate level of computer/information technology
- Ability to comprehend, follow and execute customized procedures and systems
- Intermediate level of accounts processing experience with MYOB or similar software
- Confident, efficient and capable, you must also love working remotely as part of a small team, and be able to positively contribute to company culture.
