We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Customer Service / Sales Administrator professional to join our tight-knit New Zealand Sales team in the role of National Sales Administrator based at Viaduct Harbour Auckland.
This role will see you provide operational support to the Sales team as well as our Accounts through exceptional administration and customer service support. Specifically; managing and invoicing of orders, processing of brand requests, responding to customer enquiries, and the coordination of conferences and travel bookings.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Superb relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and communication aptitude, with high attention to detail
- A natural flair for sales support, admin and customer service
- A positive can do, supportive adaptable attitude
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service, sales or administration role
- A tertiary qualification is highly desirable.
