We’re a passionate, experienced crew that loves working outdoors and producing some of Waiheke's finest wines. We’re currently looking for a committed and capable Assistant Vineyard Manager to support vineyard operations across our island.

The role:

  • Full-time – approx. 39 hours per week

  • Hands-on vineyard work and team leadership

  • Work with a supportive, knowledgeable team

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years’ vineyard experience

  • Staff supervision experience

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • A genuine interest in producing top-quality fruit

Pay and benefits:

  • Remuneration will depend on experience and qualifications
