We are on the lookout for an exceptional bar manager, with mixology experience. A passion for wine is also beneficial in working with our Ki Māha wine brand.
We are looking for someone who can be self guided and creative. The role will offer as much support or freedom, as you require.
We offer flexible working hours, staff accommodation, assistance locating to the island and visa support as an Accredited Employer. Up-skilling and assistance with additional training is also provided.
Bar Manager ($28-$32)
This is a hands on role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. The role will enable you to take charge of bar operations, and give you the opportunity to make strategic decisions to invigorate product offerings. This role will pave the way for the right candidate to expand their skill set and put a stamp on the bar.
- Create and innovate in creation of a full drinks list
- Oversees staff, including bartenders and bar-backs
- Initiates and maintains vendor relationships.
- Uses point-of-sale tracking technology and bar and restaurant management platforms.
