Man O’ War Vineyards on Waiheke Island is offering a unique opportunity to a self-motivated, mature couple to join the vineyard team in the roles of Hostel Manager and Vineyard Operator.
This live-in position will require one of the individuals to take care of our workers facility by way of cleaning common areas, common laundry, purchasing daily supplies, overseeing and taking care of the general well-being of our contract staff. The individual will also be required to assist with recruitment, health and safety induction, transportation and documentation. Experience in First Aid will also be of benefit.
Ideally, this will be a dual-role where the partnering individual has experience in vineyards or farm-related activities. Full training will be given but a skill set revolving around machinery operation would be ideal.
