Reports to: CFO
Role: To work as part of the IT Infrastructure Team under the direct guidance of the IT & Operations Director to maintain and support the Wine-Searcher’s network and computer systems, including specific projects and day-to-day operations.
We are looking for an IT graduate who loves IT, is a fast learner and good communicator. Wine-Searcher has a wide-ranging tech-stack providing a great learning opportunity for the successful candidate.
Responsibilities
- Administration and support of company IT environments
- Day-to-day running of various tasks and services, such as PC builds, IT support, email, servers, backups, anti-virus, security, VPN, Linux server management, AWS environment administration
- First line of support for internal staff (via Teams, email, or in-person)
- Communication with third party vendors for IT purchasing and support

- Interest or experience in IT development
- Relevant tertiary and/or industry certifications/qualifications
- Ability to apply practical problem-solving skills
