We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate to join our bar team. As bar tender/supervisor, you will have an opportunity to be part of driving business and growth of Wellington's favorite dining destination.
At Wildfire, our Churrasco service offers an interesting departure from regular a-la-carte restaurant service, providing our staff an exciting and interactive experience with customers. We provide intensive training and in-depth knowledge about our food & service and a clear growth path to management roles.
The ideal candidate must have:
• High standard of service & professionalism.
• Keen to learn and adapt.
• The ability to follow proven systems and procedures.
• Great presentation & personal hygiene.
• Great communicator and fluent in English.
• Honest & reliable.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including nights & weekends.
• Bar experience will be a strong advantage but we provide on the job training for right candidates.
• Have a genuine interest in food and hospitality industry as a whole.
