Job Description
We are looking for a Restaurant and Bar Manager for our 70 seat restaurant. If you are
passionate about food, and wine, ensuring you and your team deliver exceptional
service at all times and are ambitious and driven we
want to hear from you!
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Be visible and hands on at all times
• Lead innovation and creative ideas within your team and the restaurant
• Maximising all revenue opportunities and drive promotions with preferred suppliers
• Conduct training and development of staff
• Drive the passion for achieving targets through average spends
• Tailor our service to the individual needs of the customer
• Be a key contributor to the Management team
Work Experience
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to manage and exceed F & B financial performance targets
• Enjoy being innovative and creative
• Passion for food, wine and cocktails
• Ability to demonstrate great organisational and management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to set high standards
A great personality, innovation and the 'can do' attitude will be the key to success in this busy role.
