Due to this growth, we are looking for a highly motivated Wine Merchandiser / Demonstrator in Wellington. 

While there may be some merchandising required on occasion, your main focus will be to engage consumers at wine tastings in a retail shopping environment. Tastings predominantly take place Thursday to Saturday.

We offer a flexible work environment and as a part-time casual position it could be suited to a university student in their final year, or someone looking for a role with limited hours at a great company.

Ideally you will have the following experience and attributes

• A background as a taster but training will be given
• Experience or an appreciation of wine would be an advantage
• A confident, mature people person comfortable to approach customers in a retail environment
• Be a great communicator who speaks fluent English
• Attitude is important  - positivity, good sense of humour, and being a team player is essential
• Having strong initiative and being self-motivated are key attributes
• A Safe-in-Store™ license is an advantage
