Annam is a busy Vietnamese French restaurant in the Wellington CBD. The administrator role is designed to provide operational support for the restaurant team. This is a varied and autonomous position.
The Administrator will be responsible for the following:
- All office and financial administration
- Maintaining up to date budget and financial records using Xero and Microsoft Excel
- Administering our cloud based payroll system and HR processes
- Processing PAYE monthly
- Creating and updating house documentation such as policies, procedures and templates
- All day to day financial contact with suppliers
- Manages office and reservations email correspondence
The ideal applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- MS Office especially Excel and Word
- Payroll and accounting packages
- Working in a small dedicated team
- Very high standard of personal and ethical comportment
This is a part time role, 16-18 hours a week across 4 mornings, it would suit a parent returning to work or mature student. If you have previous experience in hospitality or customer service it would be an asset, but not essential.
