Glou Glou is ready to expand its offering, and we’re looking for passionate individuals to join our team. Renowned for our delicious coffee, exceptional pastries, and innovative European café menu, Glou Glou is excited to extend our unforgettable guest experiences into the evening from mid‑February.

We will be offering seasonally inspired, sharing‑style menus alongside a hand‑selected wine list, and we’re seeking like‑minded individuals with a passion for great food, inviting wines, and warm, memorable hospitality.

What We’re Looking For: Candidates with a can‑do attitude, infectious enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry. While prior experience is not always essential, the following will help you succeed in these roles:

  • Strong understanding of espresso‑making techniques

  • Attention to detail

  • Wine and beverage knowledge

  • Current LCQ and Manager’s Certificate

  • A love for working collaboratively, with the ability to work independently when required

  • Reliability and flexibility to adapt to change
