Your day to day

As a Bartender working primarily in The Lobby Lounge, you will be working with your team to provide memorable service to your customers by serving an array of top-quality beverages throughout the day.

What we need from you

• Be able to deliver a high level of service that our customers have come to expect • Experience in a busy customer service environment • Cashier skills and experience • Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, designated glassware and preparation methods will be held in high regard • Experience preparing cocktails, serving beer, wine and spirits and delivering unrivalled customer service consistently. • Creativity and confidence to bring our drinks menu to the next level • A positive attitude and ability to work proactively and independently • Flexibility to work predominately afternoon and evening rostered shifts • Ability to interact well with guests and have a real passion for hospitality.
