Introducing a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate your sales savvy and make an impact as a Territory Manager covering the grocery channel of our business within the Wellington region. Sales results will be your measure but passion for the product will be your motivation! 

What we are looking for:

• Someone who is great at negotiating and has sound decision making skills
• A person that loves to communicate and is passionate about our products
• Someone with integrity and trust and is able to work autonomously
• A person that has great planning and communication skills

What this role involves:

• Management of assigned Territory targets / budgets including value, volume and market share measures
• Management of trade investment in line with individual budgets agreed with Account Manger
• Ensure all agreed initiatives are covered within the call.  Ensure all agreed initiatives are in place – promotions, trade marketing, space commitments etc.
• Negotiate share of space / facings in fridges in all stores.  Negotiate placement of company fridges where appropriate.
• Implementation of appropriate Trade Marketing activity (utilise POS as required) as per the monthly cycle brief. Provide and place neck-tags and award stickers.
